Delores services provides Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to individual house sellers, estate agents, solicitors etc.  We aim to arrange access for the energy assessment on the same day we receive the instruction and will generate the EPC within 24 hours of completing the inspection - Guaranteed!   Our EPCs are generated in PDF format (printed copies are also available).
